Training results

Individual results vary. IMPACT does not guarantee specific changes in strength, body composition, athletic performance, weight, health, competition results, or other outcomes. Progress depends on many factors, including participation, consistency, recovery, nutrition, individual circumstances, and factors outside IMPACT’s control.

Youth athletes

A parent or legal guardian should complete or authorize registrations, inquiries, agreements, and required consents for minors when appropriate. Additional participation waivers or policies may apply to youth training.

Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation or security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, use automated systems to abuse website features, or use Ask IMPACT or other site features for unlawful purposes.
