PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IMPACT Performance ("IMPACT," "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit impactperformancegym.com, use Ask IMPACT, submit an inquiry, register for services, or otherwise interact with our website and online services.
This is a working policy intended to reflect the website and services currently planned for IMPACT Performance. It should be reviewed whenever our technology, vendors, payment systems, analytics, or data practices materially change.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number, training interests, goals, preferred class time, sport or athlete information, company or organization information, and the content of questions or inquiries you submit.
We may also receive basic technical and usage information associated with use of the website, such as browser or device information, pages viewed, referral information, and website interactions when analytics or similar technologies are enabled.
Ask IMPACT and fitness information
Ask IMPACT is an AI-powered tool for general fitness, exercise, performance, and wellness education and for helping visitors find relevant IMPACT services. We submit your typed question to OpenAI through its API to generate an answer; the question is processed by that third-party provider according to its applicable terms and data practices. Registration name and email are submitted to our CRM provider, monday.com, to create an IMPACT lead and enable follow-up regarding your inquiry. The site uses a signed access cookie to remember registration for up to 90 days. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, highly sensitive health information, financial account information, passwords, or other information that is not needed for your request.
How we may use information
We may use information to respond to questions and inquiries; provide, register, administer, and improve requested services; recommend an appropriate IMPACT training path; communicate about a request or service; operate and secure the website; understand website performance; maintain business records; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
We may use third-party service providers to support functions such as website hosting, scheduling, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, registration, and payment processing. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to IMPACT. The providers used by the website may change as IMPACT’s systems develop.
Payments
When online payment is available, payment transactions are intended to be handled by a third-party payment provider. IMPACT does not intend for full payment-card details to be stored directly by this marketing website.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site operation or used to understand website traffic and performance. The specific analytics and advertising technologies, if any, should be reflected here as they are activated.
Data retention and security
We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, legitimate business needs, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we maintain, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children and athlete information
IMPACT provides training services that may involve youth athletes. The website is not intended to invite children under 13 to independently submit personal information. When information about a minor is needed for athlete services, a parent or legal guardian should provide or authorize the information and serve as the primary contact when appropriate.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit optional information through the website. You may also contact IMPACT to ask about personal information you previously provided or to request an appropriate correction or deletion, subject to legal, contractual, and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Any marketing communication that provides an unsubscribe method should be honored through that method.
Third-party websites
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
